eService Strategy 

The main objective of developing eServices is to provide services, enable transactions, and receive services through the electronic channel of service delivery for the target group. All the activities in an organization should enhance achieving the predefined objectives for the eServices with a sense of direction. Furthermore, the objectives of eServices should be included in the organization's strategic planning as well as execution. The most important factors from the strategic point of view are to start improvement from the organization's service process expanding to the eServices. From the technical point of view, strategic architectural execution requires well ordered principles, instructions, and requirements for both process development and the system's technical implementation. However, it is extremely important that everyone in the organization follows the predefined principles and instructions.
